据昨晚一友人实测情况发现 其使用Loon商店2.1.8版 完成此视频的操作后 下载Loon tf版时仍会提示 ”无法 安装 所请求的APP不可用或者不存在” 的弹窗 在检查配置及各处功能后 也未能发现问题所在 关机重启了设备后再次下载Loon tf版时才成功下载
因此如果各位用户在使用Loon商店2.1.8版本时既使配置完全正确也无法首次下载Loon tf 版本的可以尝试重启您的设备

The super secure UAE-based Telegram messenger service, developed by Russian-born software icon Pavel Durov, is looking to raise $1bn through a bond placement to a limited number of investors from Russia, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, the Kommersant daily reported citing unnamed sources on February 18, 2021.The issue reportedly comprises exchange bonds that could be converted into equity in the messaging service that is currently 100% owned by Durov and his brother Nikolai.Kommersant reports that the price of the conversion would be at a 10% discount to a potential IPO should it happen within five years.The minimum bond placement is said to be set at $50mn, but could be lowered to $10mn. Five-year bonds could carry an annual coupon of 7-8%.
